Christine d’Ornano- SISLEY

I was looking at old Elle Decor articles and stumbled upon this one about Christine d’Ornano who is 3rd generation cosmetic industry royalty. Growing up in Paris, she watched as her Grandfather co-founded Lancome, her Dad start Orlane and later both her parents began Sisley, which the family continues to own. Christine is in charge of the UK division, but says her style is all french. Christine and her husband purchased a run down townhouse in the tony neighborhood of Nothing Hill. After extensive restoration they began compiling a collection of eclectic finds from all of the world to creat an interior that was both fun and comfy.

Chair-London flea market. Painting Marc Quinn

George Smith Sofa, rug by Rug Company

LOVE THIS Wall upholstered in pink linen, lamps by Serge Mouille

Desk-form her grandfather, walls lacquered in gray

Lighting from Rover car factory

Chairs in yellow leather (this can also be done in a faux leather for a less expensive look) check out Kravet.

Stools-flea market

lamps Philippe Starck, tables-flea market. I love that this room is so low key for a master bedroom. Almost could be the kids room. I think the walls are Osborne & Little, BUT don't hold me to that.

I LOVE a sofa in the bathroom. Perfect
